Drinkers, you will not want to miss out on the night-life here! There are streets after streets with many bar-counters with many lovely ladies to keep you company.

There are also other streets that caters to *ahem* the male species. Take a stroll for the uninitiated. See what Pattaya has to offer.

The Leelawadee Family

Friendly Smiles of the Leelawadee Lagoon Resort Staff~

Explore Pattaya

Beautiful Pattaya! Just love the beach and the wonderful colours of the sea!

Colourful Deck Chairs! Plenty of them around! For a sun-tan or just to enjoy the cooling breeeeeze.

For people who LURVE massages, Pattaya is THE place for you! There are so many to pick from! The best massage place that I found which is value-for-money is at Chalermprakiat Road (Sao Sahm), just next to the Driving Range Golf Pattaya. There are hundreds of Thai massage centres here that even the taxi drivers do not know where you want to go unless you show them on the map or tell them the road. It costs 300 Baht for a 2-hour body massage. It is also a 20-min walking distance from Leelawadee for those who would like to explore on foot. The massage is just heavenly to sooth and relax those aching muscles in the body.

This fashion hair booth is found in Big-C mall near Leelawadee and they charge 1000 Baht for shoulder-length hair and 4500 Baht for extension. Not too sure whether this is expensive or reasonable as I have not seen this before. Pretty interesting to get your hair all tied up in little braids. I really wonder how long can one stand not washing their hair properly after the braids. One week? One month? hmmm....wonder what it looks like after you take off the braids.

There are many different bead sizes and colourful beads to choose from. I see someone doing a dreadlock on her hair. Well...now you know where you can do your hair in Pattaya.

This is a rather interesting picture. Apologies for the upside-down fishes. I couldn't take it the other way around as my shadow would fall on the fishes as it was a bright shining afternoon. I have never seen a better decorated sewage cover before and it is really pretty with fishes on the cover. Perhaps it is some feng-shui thing?

Kung, one of the staff at Leelawadee, showed me a bee-hive at the resort. You can't really see it unless you poke around the trees or ask the staff to show you. I have not seen a bee-hive before and I am happy to be able to see one. I didn't hang around for long though.

I saw this puppy while I was eating at the small eatery near Leelawadee. This is a mini-pinscher and it is just 8-weeks-old! It is so tiny that it could fit into a ladies handbag. The puppy is so cute and has such nice brown fur colour.

Yummy Tummy Pattaya Food

Green Curry Chicken with Orange drink @ Leelawadee.
Coconut drink is simply smashing on a hot sweltering day!

Bar.B.Q Plaza in found in Big-C, the nearest shopping
mall to Leelawadee Resort. Just a short 10 min walk
away. Try this restaurant as the food price is about 150
Baht per person for a decent meal.

Fuji Japanese Restaurant at Big-C. This restaurant you have got to TRY!
Mainly filled with tourists and oooh the prices are unbelievably good that
you can eat all the sushi you desire!

The fishhead is also from Fuji. The picture beside it, are fruits and
vegetables carved out beautifully for a table decoration. Simply gorgeous!

Okay, this one, to tell you the truth I had a hard time eating them.
They are bugs of all sorts- crickets, scorpions, big ants, black beetles,
grubs, grasshoppers and whatever that has legs and wings.
On the extreme left, is the king of them all. It is HUGE,
about 5cm in length...eww....! You can have a mixture of all bugs at 40 Baht.

On the extreme left are grubs which kinda taste like fish roe.
The other picture, are black beetles and crickets. Black beetles
has a hard shell on them, so you have to pull of the legs and
tear of the head and suck the insides. Haha! Yup..that's fear factor!

Simply amazed at how they can roast a whole pig near the
sidewalk, on the road. Looks pretty good to me! The roasted
pork is going off fast as you can see. Half of its left side is GONE!

Fancy a pig on your car?

This small eatery which is around 10 mins walk from the resort is just a nice little casual place to have a home-cooked Thai meal. The price is super super super reasonable! 3 dishes including a Tom Yum soup is 100 Baht for 2 person.

There are many food sellers on modified motor-bikes. The
satay chicken/beef/pork is simply delicious! One stick costs 5 Baht.
